Product Description
"Liuli" means ancient Chinese glass/crystal. It has a lineage stretching back thousands of years, first making its appearance in the 11th century BC.
The raw materials of glassware are silicates and metallic oxides which abundantly exist in nature. After melting under high temperature they are made into sticks of different sizes and then softened on light before being handmade into final products. Unlike glaze, Liuli artwork has no mold, each one being unique as a craftsman’s improvised work. In comparison with glass, Liuli artwork has a lower melting point thus making it more colorful. Perfect glassware comes from not only good skills but also luck.
Avalokiteshvara Symbol
Wealth Success Harmony Keep away evil spirits
Avalokiteshvara (अवलोकितेश्वर) is one of the four great bodhisattvas in Buddhism. Buddhism considers Avalokitesvara to be a bodhisattva of great compassion, saving and liberating all living beings in distress. Wearing a Avalokiteshvara pendant for a long time can wash away the distracting thoughts in people's hearts and make people feel peaceful. There is a saying that "Men wear Avalokiteshvara and women wear Buddha". Many men pursue careers to be promoted, and Avalokiteshvara (Guan Yin in Chinese) is homophonic in "Guan Yin (Official)", so many men choose to wear Avalokiteshvara pendants to bless their official careers.
